Minimum Stay

• A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to all bookings.

Breakfast

• Breakfast is included with your stay, and varies by season (let us know allergies in advance!).

Apartments & Capacity

• All apartments are self-contained, with private entrances, and private bathrooms.

• Maximum guest capacity per apartment varies (as shown on Booking.com and our website).

• Additional bedding for children (where possible) can be requested in advance.

Pets

• Dogs are welcome upon request only.

• Please contact us before booking to confirm suitability (size, breed, number).

• A small cleaning fee may apply.

Payment Terms

• We accept payment in full upfront via bank transfer or card (secure online link provided), or

• Payment upon arrival in cash or card, depending on booking method.

• For Booking.com reservations, payment terms follow the platform’s policy unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

• Standard cancellation:

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival

  • 50% fee for cancellations within 7 days

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full

• Custom group or long-stay bookings may have separate terms (outlined during booking).

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: from 15:00

• Check-out: by 11:00

• Early check-in / late check-out may be possible upon request, depending on availability.

Food & Drinks

• A seasonal food and drink menu (lunch, aperitivo, wine) is available upon request.

• Please ask in advance if you’d like to book a private chef experience, wine tasting, or outdoor dinner.

• No self-catering is available in our apartments.

Booking Platform

• Podere La Svolta is listed on Booking.com.

• Direct bookings are recommended for best rates, flexibility, and additional perks.

• All policies align with Booking.com terms and structure, including apartment details, occupancy, and cancellation.

Good to Know

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, in designated areas only.

• Guests must respect the privacy and peace of others—this is a place for rest and retreat, not for parties.

• Events and photo shoots only upon prior approval.
